Who we are

This website (juggernaut-project.com) is run by the independent team behind Juggernaut, based in Italy. For any question about your data, write to juggernaut.themovie@gmail.com.

What this website collects

This website does not use its own cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no user accounts.

• Contact form. When you use the contact form, your email app opens with the message you wrote. We receive only what you decide to send us by email (your name, email address, subject and message) and use it solely to reply to you.
• Waitlist and collaboration forms. The “Add my name” / “Join the waitlist” buttons open a form hosted by Tally, and the “Fill out the form” button opens a Google Form. The data you enter there is processed according to the privacy policies of those services and used by us only to send you updates about Juggernaut or to evaluate your proposal. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Third-party services

To work properly, some pages load content from external services, which may receive technical data such as your IP address:

• YouTube (Google) — videos are loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only after you press play.
• WeShort — the full short film is streamed through the WeShort player, loaded only after you press play.
• Google Fonts — for the website typography.
• jsDelivr — for the interactive map on The Feature page, loaded only when you reach it.
• Social networks — links to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Linktree open their websites, which have their own policies.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to the email above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
